A couple asked for this for their ceremony, so we learned it and filmed the rehearsal.

That is genuinely how a lot of our ceremony material comes about. Someone requests something we have never played, we work out an arrangement that suits whoever is singing it, and it either stays in the book afterwards or it does not. This one stayed.

The Sisterhood trio here is guitar and ukuleles, which is a deliberately small, warm sound for a room where people are seated and listening rather than dancing. Ukulele gets a bad name but in a ceremony it does something a guitar cannot - it sits high and light and does not fill the space, which leaves room for the voices.

If you have a song in mind that is not on our songbank, ask. Ceremony requests are usually straightforward for us to take on given reasonable notice.
