South Wales corporate events - our home circuit

South Wales is where we’re based. Most weeks of the year we’re playing a corporate event somewhere in the region, usually at Celtic Manor or ICC Wales, the two anchor venues for large-scale corporate work in Wales.

Celtic Manor has been a Brotherhood venue since 2015. Over a decade. We’ve played every major function space: the Caernarfon Suite for the annual Black Tie Christmas calendar (10-12 nights a year, 650-guest sit-down with the mirror ball and the full party set), the 2010 Clubhouse and Samuel Ryder Suite for boardroom dinners, the Exhibition Hall for large conferences, the Manor House for private corporate hire, the Chairman’s Marquee for summer outdoor events, plus Rafters and the Rooftop Terrace.

ICC Wales main hall is the bigger sibling - flat-floor, around 4,000 sqm, configurable for events at any scale up to 1,000+ guests. We’re a regular fixture for galas, conference after-parties, awards dinners and the annual NYE Extravaganza. We’ve also worked the outdoor plaza for festival-style after-conference parties, and the Woodland Suite below the main hall for smaller ballroom events.

Across the region, DEPOT Cardiff offers something different from a traditional hotel ballroom. An industrial space with festival-grade lighting, which lends itself to product launches and tech-company Christmas parties. The hotel circuit is the backbone - voco St Davids on the bay, the Parkgate Hotel near the castle, Holland House on Newport Road. We know the function rooms, the AV teams, and how each one paces an evening from drinks reception through to dancefloor.

Out towards Chepstow, St Pierre Marriott Hotel & Country Club on the Welsh side of the bridge is a regular venue for gala dinners and awards nights.

No travel uncertainties, no overnight logistics. We’re local. The events teams at Celtic Manor and ICC Wales know us by name; we know their AV teams’ kit and their venue manager’s preferences. We work corporate events across the region most months of the year - from Newport to Cardiff to Chepstow to the Wye Valley. For South Wales corporate work the choice is straightforward.

The Christmas calendar at Celtic Manor and ICC Wales fills 12+ months out. NYE bookings lock 12-18 months ahead. For everything else, send us your date and brief and we’ll come back with availability.

South Wales is our base. We also play corporate events across the bridge in Bristol and the Southwest, up into Birmingham and the Midlands, and on to London.
