Newport is home. Most weeks of the year we’re playing a corporate event somewhere in the city, usually at Celtic Manor or ICC Wales.

Celtic Manor has been a Brotherhood venue since 2015. Over a decade. The Caernarfon Suite for the annual Black Tie Christmas calendar (10-12 nights a year), the 2010 Clubhouse and Samuel Ryder Suite for boardroom dinners, the Exhibition Hall for large conferences, the Manor House for private corporate hire, the Chairman’s Marquee for summer outdoor events, plus Rafters and the Rooftop Terrace.

ICC Wales main hall is the bigger sibling - flat-floor, around 4,000 sqm, configurable for events at any scale up to 1,000+ guests. Regular fixture for galas, conference after-parties, awards dinners and the annual NYE Extravaganza. A floor up, the Woodland Suite handles ballroom-scale conference dinners and awards nights.

Booking

The Christmas calendar at Celtic Manor and ICC Wales fills 12+ months out. NYE bookings lock 12-18 months ahead. For everything else, send us your date and brief and we’ll come back with availability.

Our home venue since 2015. ICC Wales

Main hall regularly for galas, conference after-parties, awards dinners and the New Year's Eve Extravaganza. Outdoor plaza for festival-style events, Woodland Suite below for ballroom-style events.

Do you play ICC Wales?

The main hall, which is the flat-floor space rather than the tiered auditorium. It is configurable and takes 1,000-plus guests, and it is one of the few rooms in the region where a full eleven-piece is the obvious answer rather than an indulgence.

Which Celtic Manor rooms work best for a corporate evening?

The Caernarfon Suite for the large formal nights - it is the room the resort puts its biggest events in, and it carries a big band. The Chairman’s Marquee up at the golf club is the less formal option with its own bar.

Load-in differs between them, and we build the call time around whichever one you are in.

Are you actually based in Newport?

Yes. The band has been playing Celtic Manor since 2015 and our directors live in Malpas and up towards Blackwood - this is the home patch rather than a catchment area we have drawn on a map.
