Chepstow and Wye Valley corporate events

Chepstow is ten minutes from our South Wales base. We know the venues, the load-in routes, the way each room handles a corporate evening.

The big rooms for corporate work in this area start with St Pierre Marriott Hotel & Country Club on the Welsh side of the bridge. For anything larger, Celtic Manor and ICC Wales are both ten minutes up the M4.

Caernarfon Suite, Celtic Manor

Our home venue since 2015, 10 minutes from Chepstow up the M4. The ballroom and conference halls are the big rooms for any Chepstow-area corporate event - we know them inside out, the load-in routes, the way each space handles an evening. Caernarfon Suite hosts the annual Black Tie Christmas calendar; we also work the Samuel Ryder Suite for boardroom dinners and the Exhibition Hall for large conferences.

ICC Wales

Next to Celtic Manor, 10 minutes up the M4 - the largest conference and events venue in Wales. The main hall configures for galas, conference after-parties and awards dinners at any scale up to 1,000+ guests. We’re a regular fixture here for the kind of large-scale corporate work that needs major infrastructure and professional AV integration.
