Celtic Manor’s Christmas run is one of the biggest blocks on our calendar, and this year we’re back in the Caernarfon Ballroom for nine Black Tie nights across November and December. We’ve been part of the resort’s festive season since 2015, and the Black Tie balls are the heart of it - a full showband set in front of a room of 650.
Nine Nights This Year
We’re playing the Black Tie nights at Celtic Manor Resort on:
- 21st, 27th and 28th November 2026
- 4th, 5th, 11th, 12th, 18th and 19th December 2026
All nine are in the Caernarfon Ballroom.
What a Black Tie Night Looks Like
The format is the same each night and it works. Guests arrive to a drinks reception, sit down to a three-course dinner across 70-odd tables, then the lights drop and we take the stage. There’s a giant mirror ball over a dancefloor that fills the moment we start, and it stays full to the last song.
We play rolling sets - mashups, medleys and seamless transitions, so once the room is up there’s no dead air to lose them in. For a ballroom this size every player is on in-ear monitors and we run separate monitor and front-of-house desks, so the room hears one clean mix at full volume and nothing fights it off the stage.
Booking a Table
Tables go through Celtic Manor directly, and the festive diary fills months out, so the popular dates go early. If you’re putting together a company table or a group of friends for a night out, get the date locked in.

New Year’s Eve at Celtic Manor
We’re also at the resort for New Year’s Eve this year - the Masquerade Ball NYE. We’ve covered that in its own post, or you can book the Masquerade Ball direct.
The Brotherhood are South Wales’ premier wedding and corporate band. Get in touch to check our availability for your event.
